Jefferson Wells is now seeking a Process Engineer with a focus on heat pumps for an exciting consulting assignment at Siemens Energy in Finspång. This is an opportunity to be part of a global company driving the green transition and developing innovative solutions for the energy systems of the future.

About the assignment

You will be part of Siemens Energy's heat pump organization, based in Finspång and Germany (Müllheim, Erlangen). The role is varied and gives you the opportunity to influence and contribute to the development of advanced heat pump solutions.

The technical department at the Service Heat Pump Office provides sales support and technical assistance for heat pumps, as well as being responsible for developing innovative service concepts and products. The team handles all models of heat pumps delivered from Finspång and Germany.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical responsibility: You will have technical responsibility in projects, from sales to delivery and improvement work.
  • Documentation: Create drawings, final documentation, and sales materials, as well as assist other departments with technical documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, salespeople, project managers, and field service, and participate in development projects.
  • Customer contact: Define technical content in assignments and visit customers.
  • Lifetime analyses: Perform analyses on existing heat pump installations.

Your profile

  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to understand customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Self-driven, structured, and positive with a strong desire to make a difference.
  • Skilled relationship builder who creates trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical education (at least a bachelor's degree) or equivalent.
  • Experience with heat pumps, chillers, gas turbines, steam turbines, or power plants.
  • Knowledge of reading drawings and experience with PLM and CAD.
  • Desirable: Experience with heat balance calculations.
  • Languages: Swedish and English - spoken and written; knowledge of German is a plus.
