We are looking for an experienced Indus Lead in industrialization and production technology. In this role, you will have a clear mandate to drive improvement and efficiency initiatives that strengthen production capability, from industrialization to manufacturable design. You will work closely with both production and development in an environment where security clearance may be required.

• Lead efficiency and optimization projects focusing on cost and lead time in production processes.
• Optimize industrialization, such as work descriptions, flows, and tools, to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
• Ensure that design and solutions support sustainable and repetitive manufacturability in collaboration with the development organization.
• Drive investment projects and work through all phases of the development process.
• Be responsible for project budget and delivery within your project mandate.

• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience leading projects or assignments, preferably in industrialization or production technology.
• Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)

• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience in product development and risk management.
• Experience with supplier contacts.
