Your Responsibilities

As a process engineer for industrial heat pumps at Siemens Energy, you will be part of the heat pump organization based in Finspång and Germany (Müllheim, Erlangen). The role offers a varied everyday life where you have the opportunity to influence and contribute to the development of the business.

You will be part of the team at the Service Heat Pump Office, which provides technical support, sales support, and assistance for all models of heat pumps delivered from Finspång and Germany. In this role, you will among other things:

• Technical Responsibility: Have technical responsibility in projects, which includes sales, delivery, and continuous improvement work.

• Documentation and Materials: Assist other departments with technical documentation and produce drawings, final documentation, and sales materials.

• Collaboration and Project Work: Work closely with designers, salespeople, project managers, and field service, and actively participate in development projects.

• Customer Interaction: Visit customers and define the technical content of current assignments.

• Lifetime Analyses: Conduct analyses of existing heat pump installations to ensure optimal operation and long lifespan.

To succeed in the role, Siemens Energy expects you to:

• Be a skilled relationship builder who collaborates easily and creates trust with both customers and colleagues.

• Have a technical education, at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Have experience with heat pumps, chillers, gas turbines, steam turbines, or power plants.

• Be able to read and understand drawings and have experience working with PLM and CAD.

• Have experience with heat balance calculations (meritorious).

• Be proficient in Swedish and English, German is a plus.
