We are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our Client in Östergötland.

The position will be based in our client's maintenance department.

In the maintenance department, about 30 employees work with systematic maintenance for our client.

As a maintenance engineer, you create conditions for operational reliability in your area of responsibility and support technicians as needed. To succeed in the assignment, you are expected not only to manage but also to develop and improve maintenance processes and methods in your daily work. Furthermore, you work towards developing and monitoring the operational reliability of our production equipment and facilities.
The client works in teams within the department, and together they are responsible for performing and developing maintenance work in the company. In addition to contact with members of your team, you as a maintenance engineer will have both internal and external contact points.
The working hours are during the day.

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree and/or work experience in standardized maintenance work. You have a technical interest and understanding of laser processing or electrical, mechanical, or automation systems. Experience with maintenance systems and analytical work is considered an advantage.
You are a person who can maintain good structure in your work even when the pace is high. Furthermore, you are driven and have a curiosity to constantly develop in your profession. You are used to working proactively and participate in developing methods that drive the department's work forward. With many contact points, both internal and external, you enjoy collaborating and cooperating. You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
