Your Role

As a Constructor at SLS Cooling Heating Energy, you will have broad technical responsibility and work closely with project management, technology, purchasing, and production. You will be responsible for producing complete drawings, models, and technical documentation for projects and deliveries – and also contribute to the development of our standard units and new product concepts.

The role involves both hands-on work in CAD and participation in the technical dialogues, problem-solving, and quality assurance of projects. You are an important part of the chain from order to finished product.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create equipment lists, P&ID, 3D models, and drawing documentation for cooling and heating systems.
• Ensure correct construction documents, drawing packages, and final documentation.
• Participate in project handovers and provide technical support during the construction phase.
• Translate customer and project requirements into technically sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, purchasing, and production on technical issues.
• Be responsible for CAD systems, licenses, and the development of templates and structures.
• Contribute to product development, standardization, and improvement of SLS units.
• Develop new construction solutions for future refrigerants such as CO₂, propane, and R290.

In this role, you will report to the technical manager at SLS Cooling Heating Energy.

About You

To succeed in this role, we believe you have several years of experience as a constructor and a good understanding of production, delivery processes, and scheduling. Furthermore, you likely have a technical education, preferably as an engineer or equivalent experience. Knowledge in cooling is considered a merit.

You are accustomed to working in CAD, preferably SolidWorks and DraftSight, and you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is a requirement.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to coordinate and drive your work forward. You communicate clearly, build trust, and enjoy working closely with both colleagues and customers.
