Your Responsibilities

We at Skill are looking for a Project Supplier Quality Manager (PSQM) for Siemens Energy in Finspång! Here, you will have a central and significant role in ensuring the quality of Siemens Energy's products with system suppliers. You will take on complex and developing challenges within a broad product segment and have the opportunity to make a real difference in customer projects. You will coordinate all activities related to supplier quality and work closely with the responsible Project Quality Manager to develop comprehensive quality plans.

Here, you will be part of a cheerful and close-knit team of 10 people with high technical competence and strong community. Together, they work to enhance quality in every project, worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact between the project team and suppliers, both internally within SEAB and externally, and build strong relationships for improved quality

• Establish and implement supplier monitoring plans to reduce project risks

• Assess suppliers' ability to meet project and customer requirements in global projects with varying local regulations

• Plan and coordinate inspections together with suppliers, customers, and Siemens Energy

• Collect, review, and validate supplier-related quality documentation (declarations, ITP, certificates)

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a background in purchasing quality, manufacturing, welding, or operation of rotating machinery, boilers, or process industry.

• Has knowledge of relevant standards such as PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, and CE marking.

• Experience in product quality and understanding of manufacturing processes and project processes is highly meritorious

• Is structured, analytical, and enjoys collaborating in cross-functional teams

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
