Do you want to make a real difference?

Here, you contribute to creating safety for people and communities. What you do matters.

Your Role

We are now looking for a Change Monitor for Product Change Management, which currently consists of about 10 employees - and we want to grow!

In your role as a Change Monitor with us, you will work with various changes ranging from documentation and articles to production and construction. What makes this position quite unique is that you will have many points of contact with different disciplines across the organization, which will give you a comprehensive view and a very broad understanding of the organization. You will have the chance to implement a change and be involved from start to finish, as well as develop within different areas of expertise. The assignment also includes ensuring that the correct configuration is created according to the applicable documentation for each product and that articles and tools are adjusted or discarded.

In summary, as a Change Monitor, you will be responsible for;

  • Leading a change request from start to finish, and if necessary, appointing a team with representatives from the relevant areas of the change request.
  • Ensuring commitments for tasks to be performed.
  • Ensuring documentation and decisions for the change.

The detailed planning work for development assignments is done in MS Project and CPS (Central Planning System). The work with change and configuration management is handled in the PDM system TeamCenter and for certain products also in VPM.

Your Profile

To fit into the role, we believe you are structured and communicative, as the work involves a lot of coordination with different disciplines, where you will act as the "spider in the web". You will also lead and coordinate changes. You need to be stress-resistant and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as manage rapid changes. We also see that you are a team player who can both give and receive help from the team, where a certain level of responsiveness is required. However, with a strong personal drive and an interest in technology, you will find this role very rewarding and enjoyable.

For this role, we see that you have;

  • Post-secondary education (preferably with a focus on logistics, economics, purchasing, or technology) or work experience that corresponds.
  • Experience from development work and production-related work.
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have;

  • Experience working in MS Project and CPS (Central Planning System), Team Center, and VPM.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.

What You Will Be Part Of

Discover endless opportunities. Take on challenges, create smart innovations, and upgrade your skills. This is a place for clever thinkers, brave pioneers, and everyone in between. Together, we achieve the extraordinary, each bringing their unique perspective. Every contribution counts.
