At Arqly, we are 60 consultants working to make our clients' visions a reality. We have been around since 1975 and have operated under the name Arqly since January 2021.

Arqly takes responsibility for the entirety of the project and its environment. We plan, lead, and coordinate all steps until the goal is reached. We are especially skilled at leading large, complex projects, but we also work on smaller projects. Always with the same commitment.

We are now looking for an installation coordinator who wants to contribute with a technical holistic view and ensure efficient, reliable, and sustainable installations in our projects, regardless of the stage.

Job Responsibilities

As an installation coordinator at Arqly, you will work with installation management throughout the project, from early stages to completed buildings and operational functionality. You have a broad holistic view and a deep understanding of how today’s complex technical systems interact.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Coordinating installations such as HVAC, electrical, control, fire, and other technical systems
• Monitoring project development and managing changes that affect installation solutions
• Participating in and leading technical coordination meetings during design and construction phases
• Assisting in procurement, reviewing system and construction documents, and technical choices
• Keeping up with market developments and identifying new products or solutions that can improve operation, maintenance, or energy efficiency
• Ensuring that installations are well-tuned and that operations start according to schedule
• Contributing to cost-effective solutions with a focus on low energy consumption and easy management

An important goal in the role is to simplify the manager's everyday life through robust, easy-to-maintain, and long-term sustainable technical systems.

Formal Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant technical education in installation, construction, or equivalent
• Has several years of experience in installation coordination, installation management, or work as an installation consultant
• Has a good understanding of the design process, construction phase, and technical interfaces
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in a coordinating and advisory role
• Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious

• Experience from larger and/or complex new construction or renovation projects
• Experience in procurement and technical review
• Knowledge in energy optimization, operational issues, or environmental certification (e.g., Miljöbyggnad)
• Experience in coordination during production and during testing and commissioning
