Here, you will find a smaller but well-functioning health center with approximately 5,900 registered patients, located just a stone's throw from the train station with good commuting options from Hässleholm, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Lund. We have a well-functioning district nurse clinic in our premises, where we offer consultations in asthma/COPD, diabetes, smoking cessation, and hypertension. We also have a memory clinic. The child health center (BVC) and maternity clinic (MVC), which belong to the Family House, are located in nearby premises.

We also have a full-time social worker and a dietitian on site two days a week to ensure broad and supportive care for our patients. An occupational therapist is available as part of our team and can be involved as needed.

We collaborate closely with the municipality in both child and elderly care, which creates good conditions for integrated care.

One of our strength teams is rehabilitation, where our REKO team (Rehabilitation Coordination) works with sick leave cases at 40 percent. This relieves the doctors and contributes to a smoother patient flow. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of specialist doctor with us, you will have varied tasks with both planned and acute consultations. You will also have meetings with patients via phone and 1177's e-services. We can offer other assignments, such as medically responsible doctor (MLA) or child health doctor (BVC doctor), depending on interest and competence.

At the health center in Perstorp, you will have the chance to work in a team with good collaboration. We have an open and permissive climate, where there is understanding for individual needs. We offer you a good individual salary as well as training time, and due to the health center's geographical location, a higher or extra favorable salary may apply.

We work transprofessionally with the aim of achieving the highest possible availability for our patients' best interests. We work with RAK (right use of competence) and support each other in our respective professions.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you are a licensed physician with the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in general medicine. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are also a requirement.

We welcome you who have recently completed your specialist training as well as those with long experience. If you are a double specialist or have advanced competence in another specialty beyond general medicine, it is an advantage.
