About the workplace

With us, you will be part of an HSL team that works with municipal primary care towards the city's LSS accommodations and social psychiatry. The mission of the habilitation team involves contributing to teamwork around the patient and providing safe patient care based on the municipal HSL mission. Our team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and some nursing assistants who support the licensed staff.

Job responsibilities

As a nurse in the habilitation team, you will make your own assessments, work with health prevention, be responsible for meeting individual care needs, and perform other usual tasks for nurses in municipal primary care. Your duties also include mentoring and delegating to care staff and being a support for unit managers and care staff based on your profession.

You will work weekdays during the day.

Qualifications

You need to be a licensed nurse and confident in your professional role, as well as having good knowledge of relevant legislation, such as HSL, SoL, and LSS. To succeed in the role, you also need to have good computer skills and documentation habits. A B driver's license is required.

Experience in municipal home care or psychiatry is an advantage.

The starting salary for a newly graduated nurse is 34,500 SEK. We apply individual salary setting, and the offered monthly salary is based on education, experience, and competence.
