Your Profile

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who has the competence or is willing to learn to work with the instruments Assessment and Work Characteristics (AWC) and Assessment of Work Performance (AWP). You have experience with the Office suite and good computer skills. As a person, you are self-driven, motivated by taking significant personal responsibility and managing authority. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you share our values.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist for the initiation and further implementation of assessments, evaluations of work capacity in real environments, and adaptations in workplaces for our clients in Ystad. The target group for the assignment is job seekers, individuals with or without known disabilities, who need their work conditions assessed. The tasks include, among others:

• Coordinating and executing the assignment to assess work conditions in work-life-like tasks
• Guiding participants and mapping work conditions
• Conducting observations and documenting in written reports
• Planning and implementing adaptations in work trial locations.
• Maintaining close contact with the Employment Agency's specialists
• Performing administration related to the assignment
• Contributing to the further development of our operations
• Contributing to the influx of participants

Candidate Selection and Start Date

Candidate selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline based on the bidding process. Start date by agreement.
