Do you want to be challenged and develop within a specialist psychiatric organization where clinical competence and participation are high? Adult Psychiatry Kristianstad is looking for a psychologist for a specialist position in management and staff tasks.
The Adult Psychiatry area in Kristianstad offers specialist psychiatric care in northeastern and southeastern municipalities of Skåne and consists of about 380 employees. Despite the large geographical spread, our operations are characterized by proximity and short decision-making paths. Within the area, we work on development in areas such as OCD, self-harm, eating disorders, neuropsychiatry, addiction care, patient interaction, psychosis care, reduced coercion in inpatient care, meaningful activities in inpatient care, and more. Furthermore, we have a well-functioning collaboration both internally and externally with municipalities and other care providers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for a specialist psychologist for management and staff within Adult Psychiatry Kristianstad.
As a specialist psychologist, you report directly to the head of the department with the task of being part of the management and staff group, which involves close collaboration with employees in management and specialist functions.
In this role, you will stay updated on national recommendations and guidelines regarding psychological treatment methods to ensure that the organization works with methods that have a high level of evidence and are appropriate. This includes implementing and evaluating new knowledge and methods, as well as accompanying efforts to communicate, support, and guide the organization's employees. You will be the contact person for the organization with a coordination and implementation responsibility for standardized care processes. An obvious part of the assignment is organizational improvement work of both operational and strategic nature. Clinical work may also occur in accordance with the needs of the organization.
Collaboration and experience exchange with other employees are an important part of your work and provide you with great opportunities to influence the development of the organization. The main location of the position is in Kristianstad, but since Adult Psychiatry Kristianstad also operates in other locations in Skåne, travel within the region will be relevant for the position.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who are applying are a licensed psychologist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you have specialist training in neuropsychology and/or clinical psychology. You have language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. We prefer that you have previous experience in management and development work. Experience from psychiatric operations is meritorious.

Furthermore, you have the ability to inspire and motivate your colleagues to achieve goals and results. You do this through your communicative ability, where you create participation and understanding for the work to be carried out. You have a coaching approach and are driven by a desire to see your colleagues develop. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
