We are now looking for dedicated personal assistants for a 16-year-old girl who is rebuilding her life after an acquired brain injury.

We are looking for someone who is secure, empathetic, and responsible. You should have a genuine interest in people, personal development, and be curious to learn more about rehabilitation and communication. Enjoys exercise, activities, and being outdoors. Can take responsibility and work as part of a team.

 Fluent in Swedish or English.

We are looking for full-time, part-time, and hourly substitutes who want to help start a completely new workgroup.

A driver's license is not a requirement but is an advantage.

About the client:

She is a warm, determined, humorous, and caring girl who enjoys adventures, swimming, music, exercise, and baking. She feels best when she can move and train. She cannot communicate verbally but uses pictures and body language.

She needs help with everything in daily life – from personal care to exercise, meals, structure, and social support. She thrives best with calm, attentive people who are secure in themselves and stand by her side in both good and challenging times.

She lives with her mother and stepfather in a house centrally located in Norrtälje. There are a dog and a cat in the home.

You will become an important part of her daily life and future, in close collaboration with the family.

Experience in personal assistance, care, rehabilitation, or similar is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have your heart in the right place. You will receive good introduction, guidance, and the opportunity to grow in the role.
