Job Responsibilities

As an Agricultural Risk Technician, your main task is to work preventively with our agricultural customers and perform risk and audit inspections. You will also analyze risks within agricultural operations, assist with the interpretation of LBK's (Agricultural Fire Protection Committee) regulations, and be active in the company's overall loss prevention activities. A large part of your working hours will be spent visiting customers, where you will summarize and present your findings in the form of memos and inspection reports after each visit. You will also work in Bereko for electrical audit inspections within the Electrical Board.

You are self-driven but also work in a team with agricultural advisors and loss prevention specialists. In collaboration with agricultural advisors, you will assist with risk assessments and respond to customer inquiries regarding new, renovation, and expansion projects. Currently, agriculture is undergoing a significant technological transition, especially in the energy sector, where new risks need to be analyzed and managed. The role also includes representing Länsförsäkringar Älvsborg at customer meetings and fairs in the agricultural sector.

Who Are You?

You have at least a high school education with a focus on electricity or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical installation work or relevant work experience for authorization AL. You enjoy meeting people and have a pedagogical ability to explain things that may seem complicated to the customer.

If you are an authorized electrical installer and/or inspection engineer with the Electrical Board and have good knowledge of LBK, building technical fire protection, it is an advantage.

We provide industry-specific training in areas that may be lacking.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good general IT skills. A driver's license is required for the position.
