We are looking for an HR Administrator for a full-time assignment with our government client in Gothenburg, starting January 2026. You will be part of a competent HR team where you will be responsible for administration in Personec, support to managers and HR specialists, as well as handling absence, employment, payroll data, and contracts. The assignment lasts for six months and will be performed on-site in Gothenburg.

About the assignment We are seeking an HR Administrator for our client in Gothenburg. The assignment is expected to start as soon as January 2026 and last for 6 months. The assignment encompasses 100%, equivalent to full-time. Work will take place at the client's premises in Gothenburg.   Your tasks

In this position, the following tasks may occur:

  • ongoing personnel administration

  • administration of employment matters

  • provide support and advice on HR issues

  • work according to rules and procedures regarding employment

  • administrative support in recruitment of personnel

  • coordinate and administer training and HR activities

  • scheduling and staffing

Your qualifications

  • post-secondary education with a focus on personnel/HR or equivalent education

  • at least one (1) year of work experience as a personnel administrator/HR administrator

  • good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

  • good knowledge of the HR system Personec

  • knowledge of laws, regulations, and agreements in the field.
