As a Financial & Payroll Controller, you will play a central role in our Finance team, where you will contribute to shaping and developing our financial processes. Responsibilities

As a Financial & Payroll Controller, you will have overall responsibility for both financial management and payroll processing. This means you will oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensure that internal controls are in place, and that we adhere to our financial guidelines. You will manage monthly and annual closing processes, analyze financial performance, and provide business insights to management.

In payroll management, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as for accounting and tracking payroll-related costs and revenues. You will lead work related to social fees, taxes, pensions, and benefits, as well as manage certain administration related to employee mobility, both for those working abroad and for foreign employees in Sweden. You will also maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll-related bookings and controls.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in financial management and payroll processing
• Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP) as well as payroll systems (e.g., Visma HRPlus8)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in medium to large companies like ours
• Previous experience working with international payroll issues and employees working abroad
