About the preschool area

The preschools belonging to the Brynäs/Nynäs preschool area are centrally located within walking distance to the central station, with proximity to both train and bus connections. In the Brynäs/Nynäs preschool area, all preschools work thematically. During the school year 2025–2026, we prioritize work on student health, language, mathematics, as well as natural sciences and technology.

Klintbergsparkens Preschool

Klintbergsparkens Preschool is a new preschool that will open in August. Until then, the operations will be held at Nynäsparkens Preschool, and in August, educators and children will move together from Nynäsparkens Preschool to Klintbergsparkens Preschool.

Klintbergsparkens will be a large preschool with seven preschool departments. In one of the departments, there will be evening care on evenings and weekends. Evening and weekend work does not affect the preschool staff. Despite the size of the preschool, it is designed to create smaller contexts for the children, both indoors and outdoors. Here you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues and the manager to create content for the new operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher, you have the main responsibility for education at the preschool. The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of the operations according to established goals and guidelines, carried out together with the work team.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree from the preschool teacher program and preschool teacher certification with the authority to teach in preschool and preschool class or an ongoing preschool teacher education with graduation in January 2026. You are familiar with and have knowledge of the preschool's governing documents, have knowledge of and experience working with digital tools, and a good ability to express yourself well in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you also have experience with children in need of special support, AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication), and TAKK (Signs as Alternative and Augmentative Communication), we consider it an advantage.

Since we will be starting a new preschool, we see it as very advantageous if you have previous experience in starting a new department or preschool.

You work systematically towards established goals and have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized in your work. You inspire trust, create confidence and trust towards children, colleagues, and guardians. In your collaboration with others, you work selflessly and have the ability to spread calm and stability, while also being secure in your leadership in your preschool teacher role.
