The Department of Education in Bollnäs Municipality is responsible for preschool, preschool class, after-school care, primary school, and adapted primary school. Currently, we manage a total of 16 municipal preschools and 9 primary schools.

Nyhamre School is a multicultural F – 6 school with approximately 400 students. The school is centrally located near forests and recreational facilities in Bollnäs. The staff is organized into different teams and units that work collaboratively around the students. The facilities are nice and modernly equipped. Do you want to help shape the future of education in Bollnäs Municipality? We are now looking for a passionate and committed licensed teacher with broad qualifications for Nyhamre School's F-3 who wants to lead the development of our primary schools.

Job Responsibilities

As a teacher at Nyhamre School, you will be an important part of an engaged team, where the grade you work in is determined by your qualifications and preferences. Together, you will be responsible for teaching and the school's development, where you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching in accordance with the curriculum and other governing documents. You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and experiences to create an inspiring and safe learning environment.

In your work, you will closely collaborate with colleagues, students, and guardians to create the best possible conditions for students' knowledge development and well-being. Here, collaboration and openness drive us forward!

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a license as a primary school teacher F-3 with broad subject competence and a strong commitment to education. It is advantageous if you are qualified to teach music.

You are used to collaborating with both students and colleagues, and you have a genuine interest in creating positive relationships and supporting students' development. We would like you to have experience with Unikum and documentation of pedagogical work, but most importantly, you have a desire to constantly develop and improve your teaching.

We also see that you are a good role model for the students and that you enjoy working in a team where collaboration and responsibility are in focus. For us, it is important that you have a good ability to work systematically and follow up on the school's goals and governing documents.
