RESPONSIBILITIES

As a high school teacher, you will work with teaching, have class responsibility, and be responsible for mapping, planning, implementing, and evaluating lessons. The work is carried out according to established goals and guidelines. The responsibilities also include mentorship and collaborating with your colleagues to create a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with the students' best interests in focus. You challenge and support the students to achieve good academic results and adapt your teaching according to all students' needs and circumstances. The work is carried out in collaboration with other educators, student health, guardians, and other actors outside the school.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, the following is required:

• started or completed teacher education with a focus on English for high school
• experience of teaching in schools

It is advantageous for the position if you have:

• experience working with youth
• knowledge in didactic and pedagogical issues

As a person:

• you have a secure leadership in the classroom
• you work to build relationships
• you can adapt your working methods according to the situation and individual
• you have good collaboration skills and an unpretentious attitude
