JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a teacher in Spanish and English for Murgårdsskolan 7-9.

Murgårdsskolan is a 2-9 school in central Sandviken with proximity and access to both cultural and sports activities. At Murgårdsskolan 7-9, we have 6 employed mentors, which means that the teaching position does not include mentorship. During the school day, we have a mobile phone ban for students.

Your responsibilities include individually and together with other educators at the school planning, implementing, and evaluating the work according to the school's governing documents. Your task is to stimulate all students' development and learning, harness students' desire and curiosity, and work for a safe and accessible learning environment for all students.

Your responsibility includes creating good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are an adult role model for all students at the school.

We work in teams where we strive to be an attractive school with the student in focus in a safe and developing environment. All students should be given the opportunity to succeed. Our goal is well-developed collegial learning to share our experiences and knowledge with each other. In our schools within the central primary school area, we have experienced and qualified lead teachers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a teaching degree and certification with qualifications in the intended direction
• You are well acquainted with the school's mission and governing documents.
• You have the ability to start from each student's needs and conditions.
• You are a clear leader and an adult role model.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• You find it easy to collaborate, create relationships, and be clear in dialogue with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• You are positive and see opportunities instead of obstacles.
• You have good digital competence.
