At Tallåsgården, we provide children with a safe and stimulating environment. When we have fun, we learn best, and through play, children learn the most. The preschool is located in Valbo and has four departments. Here, there are insightful and conscious educators who support the child, provide challenges, set boundaries, and see opportunities for learning and development for each child. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a collaborative and structured preschool teacher who has the ability to create trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians? Great! Come and shape the future of Gävle's children with us. We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Tallåsgården in Valbo.

Together with your colleagues in the work team, you as a preschool teacher will have primary responsibility for the education at the preschool. Your work includes planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of the operations according to decided goals and guidelines.

As a final candidate, you must be able to present a criminal record from the police for work in schools or preschools. This should not be attached to your application.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a preschool teacher license with the authority to teach in preschool and preschool class. You should have good knowledge of digital tools and the preschool curriculum, which you can implement in practice in a fun and inspiring way. We believe it is important for this position as a preschool teacher that you can express yourself well in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a preschool teacher. Furthermore, it is desirable if you have knowledge and experience with children in need of special support, as well as knowledge and experience with AAC and TAKK.

To succeed as a preschool teacher at Tallåsgården, you take initiative in social contexts and are good at creating trusting relationships. You have a good ability to collaborate with others. Furthermore, you have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use resources to achieve results in the best possible way. Finally, you are skilled at leading and motivating your colleagues and can set goals and direction for the operations. You have the ability to delegate tasks and provide advice, support, and opportunities for your colleagues' development.
