Our operations are up and running and growing rapidly, and we are now looking for 3 more educators who want to help develop it together with us. Here, you will work with adult participants who want to take the next step in life, whether the goal is work, studies, or increased motivation. The role suits you if you love pedagogy, meeting people, and creating an inspiring learning environment.

You will join a team where we work closely together, share experiences, and help create structure and a good atmosphere. Here, you will not just be an educator; you will be an important part of a growing context where ideas and engagement are appreciated.

Requirements

• At least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy
• At least one (1) year of professional experience in pedagogical work with adults (16+) full-time, within the last six years

Meritorious

• Experience in healthcare and social care work
• Language skills beyond Swedish, preferably Arabic

As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. Since we are still in an expansion phase, it is important that you enjoy contributing to structure and coming up with ideas when needed.
