ABOUT THE POSITION

As an electrical designer, you will play a crucial role in contract projects involving electrical and control equipment. You will work on both large and small projects and contribute your expertise throughout the process – from tendering and design to testing, commissioning, and final documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

• Be responsible for design within electrical, control, and regulation in both large and small projects
• Support project managers with technical requirements in tendering
• Perform calculations and dimensioning
• Participate in testing and commissioning
• Ensure documentation after project completion

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a post-secondary education in electrical engineering or a similar field
• Has extensive experience in electrical design and instrumentation, preferably within hydropower or industry
• Has advanced knowledge of CAD systems such as Elprocad and/or AutoCad with applications like Elmaster
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written – as you will use these languages in documentation and daily dialogue
• Holds a valid driver's license (B) as travel is required for the position

It is advantageous if you have

• Knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage switchgear
• Experience from turbine and generator facilities
• Knowledge of relay protection and DC systems
