Team Leader with Planning Responsibility

We are looking for a Team Leader with planning responsibility who can become a central part of our operations, where you will have the opportunity to shape and lead the planning of the design of special tools and replacement units for our medium-weight armored vehicles, CV90 and BvS10.

You do not need to have an engineering degree, but we would like you to have a technical interest and a passion for creating structure and order.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who has:

• A passion for planning and resource optimization.
• The ability to create structure and clarity in work.
• A communicative and inclusive leadership style, where you motivate and engage your team.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience leading projects in technology or similar areas, but we place great importance on your personal qualities and your ability to create a positive work environment.
