Team Leader for Training at BAE Systems Hägglunds

BAE Systems Hägglunds in Örnsköldsvik is in an expansive phase due to several new contracts.

Your Future Challenge

If you want to work in a world-leading international high-tech company, we can offer an interesting assignment as Team Leader responsible for analyzing training needs.

You will belong to the Training & eLearning unit and work in the Training group, which currently consists of a training specialist/analyst, two Team Leaders, and nine technical trainers. You will be responsible for breaking down the customer's training needs and distributing the operational work regarding CV90 to the unit's trainers. You will act as the line resource within the projects.

Training is one of the final steps in handing over a system to a customer. Therefore, you will play a significant role in achieving a successful delivery to the customer.

Training is also part of Hägglunds' support services after delivery during the support phase.

Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing the customer's training needs.
• Requirement breakdown related to training.
• Customer meetings.
• Distributing and organizing the operational work within the group.
• Planning internal and external training assignments.
• Preparing training materials.
• Evaluating training results and suggesting further development training.

About the Department

The Training department within ILS analyzes, plans, and implements the need for training and training opportunities within each project. The core business is to train on the company's products and services. The recipients of training are primarily BAE Systems Hägglunds customers, and the target groups mainly consist of:

• Users, i.e., vehicle crews
• Vehicle instructors
• Vehicle technicians
• Maintenance personnel

Our training assignments take place both within and outside Sweden's borders. Travel is part of our everyday life.

Who You Are

You are an analytical and curious person driven by solving technical problems and creating good conditions for learning for the customer. You thrive in a leadership role, work systematically, and communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is analytical and solution-oriented with an interest in technical challenges.
• Has a positive attitude, initiative, and a desire to perform.
• Enjoys speaking in front of a group and supporting the customer's learning.
• Has a good organizational sense and appreciates a leadership role.
• Has very good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Has experience in training work, especially needs analysis, pedagogical development, and presentation techniques.
• Preferably has experience with military vehicles and a technical interest (meritorious).
