ABOUT THE POSITION

Nordhydraulic is part of the Hydac Group and specializes in the development and production of hydraulic valves and controls. As a Production Technician in the assembly department, you play a central role in developing, improving, and supporting production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-assured production. You act as a natural link between production, quality, and technology, contributing to smooth collaboration between departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production processes for both new and existing products with a focus on efficiency, quality, and ergonomics
• Plan and optimize layout with a focus on material and production flows
• Drive and participate in improvement projects according to LEAN methodology
• Establish and maintain work instructions, flow descriptions, and production documentation

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a post-secondary education in production technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Has several years of experience in similar tasks within the manufacturing industry
• Has good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Has experience with Lean work and continuous improvement processes
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work

It is an advantage if you have:

• Good knowledge of CAD
• Experience in hydraulics
