Job Description

AFRY Industry is now looking for more competent employees to Örnsköldsvik - Become a part of the team!

To strengthen our continued investment in the north, we need to expand our operations with more electrical designers. You will primarily work on projects and assignments within the defense and manufacturing industries. Your daily life and future with us are shaped by your skills, the client's needs, as well as your personal ambition, development plan, and willingness.

As a product-developing electrical designer with us, you will work on various parts of the development process across a broad technical area where your task will be to innovatively and professionally design electrical systems.

Your tasks will include:

• Selection of components and establishment of development specifications.
• Creation of schematic designs and manufacturing documentation for cabling.
• Analysis of existing components and subsystems in the market.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that:

• You have an academic degree in electrical engineering, automation, electronics systems, or alternatively have equivalent work experience.
• You have experience in electrical design and/or product development. You feel confident in selecting electrical components and can produce electrical schematics.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and possess a driver's license (B).
• You have experience with software such as E3-series, Eplan, Elprocad.

As a person, you are:

• A curious problem-solver who enjoys new challenges.
• Structured and organized with good teamwork skills.

It is a merit if you have:

• Work experience in the automotive industry or have an interest in motors and vehicles.

This position involves placement in a security class. A security review with a background check and drug test will be conducted before the assignment. Swedish citizenship is also a requirement for this position.
