Are you a structured and solution-oriented person with an eye for detail?
Do you want to help develop our processes and methods regarding spare parts logistics - shaping how we pack, handle, store, and transport spare parts to both Swedish and international customers?
Your Future Challenge
We are entering an expansive phase with large contracts and are now looking for a requirements analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will have a central position where structure, analysis, and communication are in focus. You will work to ensure quality and efficiency in the area of packing, handling, storage, and transport of spare parts and special tools.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and adapting requirements for packing, labeling, handling, and transport of spare parts.
- Transforming these requirements into clear work documents and routines to facilitate practical work.
- Creating and updating instructions, method descriptions, and technical specifications.
- Collaborating with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth processes and high quality.
- Reviewing and improving documentation based on user feedback.
- Providing support to projects regarding packing and transport.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are structured and have the ability to manage several workflows, with a strong drive to achieve results and deliver on time. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret requirements and transform them into practical solutions.
Communication is one of your strengths; you express yourself well in both Swedish and English and feel comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders. You have experience with documentation tools and are accustomed to using programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The position is a permanent employment with the location in Örnsköldsvik.
