At Knightec Group, we challenge ourselves by taking on larger roles in projects by working together in teams. Depending on your role, you may work in one of our in-house teams, in our open office landscape, or at one of our clients. You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.
Responsibilities You will meet people who care. Not only about the project and the technology but also about each other. We do it together – that’s how we move forward.
Ownership of systems or subsystems and ensuring that set goals are met
Coordination between projects and different areas of expertise
Drive product development from concept to final delivery with a focus on innovation and quality
Act as a technical advisor for clients and ensure their needs are met
Continuously improve processes and methods for increased efficiency and quality in projects
Qualifications You are a person who enjoys sharing your knowledge while also being able to independently drive your own work forward. In addition to your personal qualities, you need to have the following:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields
Experience working as a mechanical designer, in construction and product development
Experience in validation and verification of technical systems and products
Good knowledge of CAD and PDM systems
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English
Experience working in the military or heavy vehicle industry is a plus

Practical information This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office in Örnsköldsvik, Magasinsallén 2E. Travel may occur to our clients. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
