Information about the position
Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with HydraSpecma, a quality technician for the office in Örnsköldsvik. The position is a direct recruitment which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Professionals Nord and that you will be employed directly by HydraSpecma.

HydraSpecma has a large, modern production facility and a completely newly renovated office in Örnsköldsvik where they currently have 70 employees and grow every year! The future plans are significant with many opportunities for employees to grow and develop together with the company.

They have a comprehensive introduction program so that you can learn the working methods and methods required in the job in a safe and quality-assured way. As an employee at HydraSpecma, you will be part of a strong team that develops the individual and takes into account who you are as a person.

Job responsibilities
As a quality technician, you are an incredibly important player in the quality work and the continued development of production. By both supporting the functions of the business in the area and being involved in development projects, you work proactively with quality to develop the business. Examples of job responsibilities:

• Create, implement and update routines to prevent the occurrence of deviations
• Register customer and supplier complaints and ensure corrective actions
• Manage internal deviations and eliminate sources of error
• Participate in work regarding quality improvements, FMEA, and outcome testing
• Develop the company's processes and provide internal training on reporting and follow-up
• Participate in audits of internal processes and subcontractors

We are looking for you who
have previous experience working administratively in a technical environment. Perhaps you have previously worked with deviation management, complaints, or otherwise supported the business in quality issues and thrive in a role where you work cross-functionally and collaborate with several different parts of production. If you have experience with quality management systems, internal audits, or 8D reporting, this is highly meritorious but not a requirement.

As a person, you are a results-driven team player with a great interest in technology and the company's product. You are communicative, questioning, analytical, and unpretentious in your collaboration with others and work in a structured and organized manner.
