At Specialfastigheter, you will be part of Sweden's leading property company in security properties. Several of our clients operate businesses that are significant to our country's security, which places special demands on both the premises and us. We are currently in a strong growth phase, and our project volume is larger than ever before – therefore, we need to expand our team! As an automation coordinator, you will work with control and monitoring as well as automation to increase operational reliability and optimize building performance and indoor climate, not least to reduce negative climate impact. A clear focus in the role is on continuous development where you continuously seek and investigate new technical opportunities. A large part of the job is to inspire, support, and develop the operations technicians within your area of expertise. You will therefore work closely with our operations technicians but also collaborate with our technical managers, operations managers, and energy coordinators in both large and small management issues as well as in various development issues and projects to achieve our energy, climate, and security goals. Your area of responsibility includes all properties within the property area Norr, and you will report directly to the property area manager and be part of the FO Norr management team. You will belong to our office in Sundsvall, but since our properties are located throughout most of Norrland, travel is included in the position.

Responsibilities

·        Support the local organization in the property area regarding object knowledge, operations, planned maintenance, own investments, and energy optimizations.

·        Planning for continued technical rollout according to level 2 (SKR ladder), developing the work with digital rounds for operational optimization, etc.

·        Initiate and drive digital development and implementation of automation according to the established strategy.

·        Participate in the work with energy optimization at the properties.

·        Analyze alarm lists and management according to strategy.

·        Prepare investment cases for automation projects.

·        Act as expert support in various construction and management projects as well as in ongoing management.

·        Support management with activities and budget.

·        Actively work with follow-up of property automation

·        Participate in projects as needed and contribute with your expertise in property automation and set requirements based on management's needs

We are constantly working to improve our working methods and routines in close collaboration with our clients and our internal and external project managers.

Qualifications

About you: We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education focused on Automation. We prefer that you have extensive professional experience in property technology.

Qualifications:

·        Good overall technical competence and a genuine interest in working with property technology and specifically property automation.

·        Experience in installation coordination and preferably also project management.

·        Experience working with property-specific programs.

·        Good social skills and a service-oriented approach as you will have a lot of contact with various employees.

·        A valid driver's license (B) is required.

·        Experience working with security properties, property automation, sustainability issues, and environmental building is an advantage.

·        Fluency in Swedish

We conduct a special security assessment where we carry out a security interview and review legally binding judgments from Swedish courts. Before employment, we also conduct a drug test through our occupational health service.
