About the Role

Hägglunds in Mellansel offers several summer jobs in the areas specified below:

For most of our positions, good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

- Logistics

Our production and material planning department is looking for summer interns to replace regular staff during the holiday period. The tasks include planning manufacturing orders in production, operational purchasing, delivery monitoring, and material planning. It is an advantage if you have started post-secondary studies, have good computer skills, and some experience with Excel. Communicative, structured, driven, meticulous, and customer-focused are good qualities for the roles.

Our order coordination and shipping department is looking for summer interns. As an order coordinator, you will handle, coordinate, and manage orders from our sales companies, contracted distributors, and direct customers, among others. In shipping, you will coordinate and manage the delivery of all products manufactured and assembled in Mellansel, including issuing necessary shipping and customs documents. Experience from the transport industry and the SAP business system is an advantage. Networking, self-driven, meticulous, structured, driven, and customer-focused are good qualities for the roles.

- Marketing

Our technical sales support and quoting department is looking for employees who work with quoting products for our sales companies. The tasks include pricing products not listed in the regular price list or in SAP, as well as conducting some technical investigations. Inquiries are primarily handled in our case management system and in the Hägglunds Configurator. The role involves many internal contacts but also external contacts with our sales companies. The work requires you to coordinate and keep track of several parallel cases simultaneously.

It is an advantage if you have started post-secondary studies and have a technical background or a clear interest in technology, for example through a technical high school program or if you plan to start engineering studies. Quick learner, structured, and meticulous are good qualities for the role.

- Human Resources

Our HR department is looking for a summer intern who has started studies in human resources or behavioral science. As an HR assistant, you will handle invoices, update personnel in our internal HR systems, support staff in administrative matters, and manage a project during the summer. Communicative, structured, meticulous, and self-driven are good qualities for the position. Experience with the SAP business system is a plus.

- Production Technology

Our production technology department is looking for summer interns to support our production planners during the holiday period. The tasks include creating and updating preparation documents in the SAP business system, reviewing drawing documents, and participating in continuous improvement work. You will also serve as a support to production regarding technical questions and deviations to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.

It is an advantage if you have started post-secondary technical studies, preferably with a focus on production, machining, or assembly. Experience with SAP is a plus. Analytical, structured, solution-focused, and communicative are good qualities for the role.

Our production technology department is also looking for summer interns to support our production technicians during the holiday period. In this role, you will help create conditions for a well-organized and uninterrupted production. The tasks include working to streamline manufacturing processes, focusing on machining, CNC programming, and cycle times. You will also support during operational disruptions and participate in improvement work in production.

It is an advantage if you have started post-secondary technical studies, for example in machining, CNC programming, or other post-secondary technical studies. Structured, driven, problem-solving, and communicative are good qualities for the role.

Requirements

You who are at least 18 years old can apply for summer jobs with us. We prefer that you study at a university or college or vocational school with a relevant focus.
