Production Engineer - Create Smart and Sustainable Production Solutions

As a production engineer, you are a vital link between sales, technology, and production. You engage early in customer dialogue and ensure that we quote the right solutions based on both customer requirements and our production capabilities.

OSTP Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of welded stainless steel pipes and fittings, with production in Sweden and Finland. The OSTP Group has approximately 500 employees. In Örnsköldsvik, about 150 people work across two factories. Örnsköldsvik plays a key role within the group with the market's broadest product range of stainless steel fittings.

You will:

• support sales with technical documentation, calculations, and solution proposals
• project manage the introduction of new products and materials - from quotation to stable production
• create drawings, work instructions, and ensure accurate production data
• develop methods and processes through analyses, trials, and time studies
• collaborate closely with production, planning, quality, and technology

We are looking for someone who:

• has a technical university degree or equivalent experience
• has several years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the welding industry
• understands manufacturing processes and preferably works in CAD
• is analytical, structured, and good at translating technology into practical solutions
• is communicative, service-oriented, and enjoys collaboration between sales and production

You will work at our production unit in Örnsköldsvik, belong to the Technology Department, and work closely with designers, while also maintaining close contact with production, sales, and quality.
