What we currently envision is to recruit a property manager and a project manager. The exact content of the positions may be adjusted based on the skills and experiences of our new employees and the needs of the organization.

Both roles work closely together and have a common goal: to develop and manage our property portfolio in a long-term, sustainable, and business-oriented manner.

In these roles, you will report directly to our management chief, Petter.

The Role of Property Manager

As a property manager, you have overall financial responsibility for your own property portfolio, most of which consists of residential apartments. You work strategically and operationally with finance, planning, and development to ensure good management and profitability over time.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for management planning and finance
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
• Responsible for and follow up on maintenance plans
• Ensure a good rental rate at an overall level
• Participate in procurements and follow up on contractors
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and agreements
• Be a central contact person for tenants, contractors, and authorities
• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and processes

The Role of Project Manager

As a project manager, you focus on driving assigned projects and planned maintenance measures from start to finish. You are responsible for implementation, follow-up, and coordination in close collaboration with property managers and other functions.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive maintenance and investment projects
• Work operationally with maintenance plans and action planning
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on contractors
• Ensure timelines, quality, and costs in projects
• Participate in procurements and orders
• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and processes

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in real estate, construction, engineering, or equivalent competence gained through experience.

You have experience in property management, project management, or related roles. Depending on which role becomes relevant, we would like you to have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Property economics and budget work
• Project management in construction, maintenance, or real estate
• Procurement and working with contractors
• Maintenance planning
• Property administrative systems
• Rental law
• Work in CAD or similar systems, for example, creating and managing drawings.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have good collaboration skills, are communicative, and enjoy working closely with both colleagues and external parties. You appreciate development, take responsibility, and actively contribute to the organization's common goals.

A driving license for manual transmission is required.
