Your Future Challenge

We are now looking for a driven Quality Engineer for the Quality Department.

The Quality Department is part of the Programmes, Quality & Strategy function and supports the company's functions in quality assurance work.

As a Quality Engineer, you will work in a varied and stimulating environment where you have interfaces internally with several departments and functions, but primarily with our customers. The work involves both larger bids and ongoing customer projects. In the projects, you will be responsible for establishing good quality planning and configuration management.

Examples of Tasks:

  • Establish good collaboration regarding quality work with the customer
  • Develop quality and configuration plans in customer projects and ensure good compliance through close collaboration with various line roles and project groups.
  • Be responsible for the delivery process to the customer
  • Understand the requirements of standards and translate the meaning of the requirements to the organization
  • Conduct quality audits (internal and with partners)
  • Ensure that customer quality requirements are met and formulate the right quality requirements for our partners
  • Act as a moderator in internal cross-functional investigations
  • Review design changes

Who You Are

We prefer that you have an engineering or other technical education, or equivalent practical experience. You have experience working with various problem-solving methods, a good understanding of how a manufacturing company operates and is managed. You have experience in quality work and a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. We are looking for someone with an interest in quality issues and a desire to develop within the quality area. Competence in ISO 9001 is an advantage. We also view previous experience in project management positively.

To thrive in this role, you need to be a self-driven person who, through drive and commitment, has the ability to structure and plan work well. Since you will work in project teams, you enjoy collaborating with others as well as being able to take your own initiative. The role requires you to be a good communicator and to thrive in an environment where change is part of everyday life.
