About the Role

Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and electrical power sector, and we are developing Sweden's energy infrastructure. We are now looking for a Technician for our lighting operations in Västernorrland!

The Lighting Business Area is a nationwide and leading player in lighting in Sweden. The Southern North Lighting Department stretches from Västernorrland to Gävleborg and aims to be the obvious partner for municipalities and the Swedish Transport Administration, as well as for the construction sector and private actors in the region.

Your role as Electrical Technician in lighting:

As an Electrical Technician in lighting, you will work with maintenance, troubleshooting, and reconstruction and new construction of outdoor lighting and lighting installations. The role also includes other electrical installations such as charging infrastructure, effect lighting, navigation lighting, and technical solutions in public environments.

As an Electrical Technician, you will have close collaboration with our customers and be a key person in analyzing and solving technical challenges – all to create a safe and well-lit environment for society.

Requirements Specification

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who takes great responsibility regarding quality and results, as you will be a key person in our team and towards our clients. Working safely in all aspects is a given for you, and you collaborate well with both colleagues and customers.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we believe that you who are applying have:

• Technical education at the upper secondary level (preferably in electrical engineering/power)
• Work experience in the electrical or power sector
• Driving license B. BE and C driving licenses are advantageous.
• Good IT skills.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is an advantage.

We would also like you to have

• Experience in electrical installation, lighting technology, and project management.
• Training for ESA and Work on the Road.
