About the Position:

As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving projects within district heating, steam, and district cooling primarily related to our combined heat and power plant.

Your projects should achieve set goals regarding time, quality, and economy, and be carried out efficiently, structurally, and with high quality.

This includes being responsible for project planning, budgeting, developing detailed plans, and monitoring progress. You will participate in procurement and order and manage suppliers, contractors, and consultants.

In assigned projects, you will be responsible for finances, timelines, work environment, and external environment. The department spans several business areas such as fiber and heating/steam/cooling. However, your main area of work will involve projects within heating, steam, and cooling.

You will have many points of contact, such as suppliers, contractors, municipalities, authorities, and other functions within the company. Other important contacts are stakeholders within Örnsköldsvik's industrial area, High Coast Innovation Park.

Delegated BAS-P and BAS-U responsibilities are included in the position.

You will report to Jan Lindquist, who is the head of the company's project organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wants to continue developing, has several years of documented professional experience in project management, and a degree from a technical college/university or equivalent qualifications. You probably already have a network of contacts with suppliers and contractors in the process industry.

You are proficient in support systems such as project tools, documentation, and business systems. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. We focus on the customer and expect that you, as an applicant, share this perspective. We place great importance on the qualities of being self-driven, goal-oriented, structured, and engaged.
