We are now looking for an Obsolescence Manager who will have the opportunity to combine technical holistic thinking with leadership and take overall responsibility for ensuring the availability of spare parts.

Do you want to be part of our team where we have fun during the day and work together to provide our customers with the best possible support? The team consists of dedicated colleagues who work closely together to provide our customers with the best service. In this position, you will lead the Spares Support team's work regarding the status and availability of our spare parts, and no day will be the same.
Main responsibilities
As an Obsolescence Manager, you will plan, lead, follow up, and ensure our deliveries within projects regarding proactive availability of spare parts. This means you will ensure that risk and availability assessments are performed on our spare parts. This work is led by you as the Manager, where the results are compiled into reports and communicated to the projects. Together with the Spares Support team and the project's Operation Project Manager (OPM) and Technical Project Managers (TPL), you will drive investigations for individual spare parts.

We highly value your personal qualities! To succeed in this role, we believe you are service-oriented and outgoing with good collaboration skills. You are ready to take on new tasks with enthusiasm and curiosity and have a good ability to structure data for reports. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of our products, but it is not a requirement.
Suitable qualifications:
- Customer-focused - As an Obsolescence Manager, it is important to understand and describe risk and availability assessments in customer contracts and establish a good relationship with our customers.
- Leadership - Collaborating towards common goals, not only by distributing tasks but also by creating engagement, trust, well-being, and balance, so that necessary proactive and reactive measures are taken.
- Technical knowledge - This means being able to understand the technical overview of items in our systems and understand spare parts structures.
- System knowledge - To use our Product Data System (ARAS) and business system (SAP), where most of our information is updated and compiled.
- Language - Both English and Swedish in speech and writing are important, as we communicate extensively via email and phone and create plans and reports sent to our customers.
