We are now strengthening our department with a focus on mechanical engineering within our delivery projects. The position is part of our Project Execution organization, where your experience and expertise contribute to the continuous development of our products and work processes in delivery projects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Lead Engineer in projects within the machine discipline where we work on both renovation projects and customer projects.
  • Develop manufacturing documentation based on design specifications and customer requirements.
  • Work on the design of project-specific components, new products, and solutions.
  • Problem-solving, improvement work, and investigation work.
  • Participate in customer meetings both digitally and on-site with customers.
  • Provide technical support in manufacturing issues to our suppliers, both nationally and internationally.
  • Travel may occur in the role, for example for inspections at manufacturers and customer visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with 4 to 10 years of experience in machine design, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience in project management within technical projects and delivery of machinery.
  • Strong knowledge in design, drawing production, norms and standards, as well as in tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PDM, Comos, and MS Office programs. Knowledge of pressure vessels is a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, additional languages are a plus. You will need to communicate with customers, colleagues, and authorities where your language skills are crucial for effective and accurate communication.
  • You drive your work independently, take initiative, and solve problems in a structured and methodical way, while sharing your knowledge.
  • You enjoy being part of a team and are not afraid to step forward when we face challenges.
  • Experience in the pulp and paper industry or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Driver's license for a car.
