Administrator for the Preparation Department

ABOUT THE POSITION

AQ Components was founded in 1981 and is located in the heart of Höga Kusten. Since 2016, the company has been part of the global group AQ Group. With around 70 employees and strong growth in recent years, the business continues to develop and expand. Here, mechanical components are manufactured through laser cutting, welding, bending, milling, and turning.

As an administrator for the preparation department, you will have a broad and important role where you support the preparers in their work to ensure correct documentation before production. You will handle a large amount of information, coordinate flows, and serve as a central communication link between the department, customers, and suppliers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparers in the administrative parts of the preparation process
  • Compile and update technical documentation, articles, and documentation
  • Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers for accurate information and pricing
  • Handle customer contact regarding status, supplements, and follow-ups

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a completed high school education
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as it is required in dialogue with customers, suppliers, and internally
  • Is an experienced computer user and proficient in the M365 package

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience in administrative tasks
  • Experience with the business system Monitor
  • Previous experience in the industrial sector
