Do you want to lead a team that is crucial for creating structure and efficiency in our operations? As a Planning Manager, you drive development, optimize processes, and ensure your team has the right support to deliver strong results!

What does your new role as Planning Manager look like?

Our planning team, also known as Planning, works to plan and optimize the workdays for our alarm installers across Sweden. As a Planning Manager, you have personnel responsibility for a team of six employees and, through present leadership, coach, follow up on KPIs, and create conditions for success. In this role, you collaborate closely with other departments to develop and improve planning processes. You perform qualified analyses related to capacity optimization and activity types, and provide the organization with continuous status reports. Planning works towards clear KPIs, and Sector Alarm is characterized by a culture where we have fun together and work at a fast pace to deliver top-class results!

In short – you lead with presence, create structure, and ensure that both the team and the business achieve their goals.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have an analytical mind and a natural logical thinking. You enjoy finding solutions, work in a structured manner, and communicate clearly and engagingly. You have previously worked as a leader and enjoy developing and motivating your team.

You thrive on working daily towards clearly defined KPIs to ensure we meet our installation and delivery goals. Therefore, you also enjoy working more hands-on and operationally leading the team towards good results.

You are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, as well as at least a high school education.
