About Samhall
In Sweden, 250,000 people with disabilities lack a job to go to. That is why Samhall exists – to create meaningful jobs for those who are outside the labor market. Our vision is "A labor market where everyone is seen as an asset" and we believe that you, who are reading this, feel just as strongly about those words as we do. For us, inclusion and development are at the core of everything we do. No matter where you work in our organization, our purpose is always present, and accessibility and the belief that all people have competence are a compass and a driving force.
We are 24,000 employees, of which about 1,500 are managers and specialists, with operations across the country. Together, we work for a more inclusive labor market that benefits individuals, organizations, and society at large.
Welcome to Samhall!
