Uptime Employee, Eskilstuna

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee to join our Uptime team in Eskilstuna – a small, tight-knit group of wonderful colleagues who make a difference every day. Here, you will have the chance to combine customer contact and problem-solving in a role where you truly make a difference for our customers and their machines.

What does the role entail?

As an employee in the Uptime Center, you are the hub between our customers and our workshops. By analyzing data from vehicles and systems, you proactively contact customers to schedule service and prevent downtime. You will have daily contact with both customers and colleagues across the country – mainly via phone and email – and you will work in several digital systems.

Your main responsibilities:

• Proactively contact customers to schedule service and maintenance
• Handle incoming cases via our platform mySwecon
• Work in several internal and external data systems
• Collaborate with site managers, customer receptionists, and other key personnel at our facilities
• Contribute to upselling services and products

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service roles.
• Is self-driven and responsible
• Has good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
• Enjoys talking on the phone and building and maintaining relationships
• Likes to organize and has experience in resource planning
• Experience in the automotive industry (not a requirement)

Location:

The position is based at our headquarters in Eskilstuna.
