Our client is a recognized provider of top-notch service and high-quality rental solutions. Their range includes everything from construction machinery and lifts to earth-moving equipment. They now need to strengthen their team with a driven person who is passionate about both machines and people.

Responsibilities

• Being the company's face to the outside by providing our customers with a world-class service experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Ensuring the highest quality and functionality of our machines before rental.
• Clear documentation and follow-up of service cases and customer dialogues.

Qualifications

• Possess a B driver's license.
• Have a forklift license.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (important for customer contact and documentation).
• Good computer skills.
• Practical, curious, and have a strong desire to learn new things.

You are a natural relationship builder who takes initiative and sees every customer meeting as an opportunity to deliver top-quality service. You are not only practically minded, but you also have a genuine drive to communicate, listen, and build trust.

• Focus on people: You have a strong sense of service and are driven by making the customer satisfied. You handle new contacts and stressful situations with calm and self-confidence.
• Take responsibility and communicate: When a problem arises, you see it as a chance to listen, act, and find solutions together with both the customer and the team. Your ability to communicate and document is crucial for building long-term relationships.
• Practical and curious: You have a practical interest and a willingness to learn new things.
• Experience in service work is important, but your attitude and drive are the most important.

Working conditions

• Full-time, temporary employment with a great chance of extension.
• Daytime Monday to Friday.
