We are now looking for a new colleague at Insitepart!

Our business area is growing, and we need to strengthen the team with a regional sales manager who wants to help develop our business in staffing and recruitment. You will play a key role in creating new customer relationships and strengthening existing collaborations with the goal of delivering value and quality to our customers. In this role, you will
  • Be responsible for new customer sales in your region and ensure we meet our sales targets.
  • Network and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Map and analyze customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Contribute to strengthening relationships with existing customers through value-creating efforts.
  • Drive procurements in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve our quality goals.
We are looking for someone who

Has experience in sales and building strong customer relationships, preferably within the staffing industry. You are social, knowledgeable, and proactive, with a natural ability to create and maintain good relationships. As a person, you are reliable and confident in your work, with good communication skills and a strong desire to take responsibility. You enjoy working independently but also find it easy to collaborate with others. Additionally, you have an established regional network within the industry, which gives you a good foundation to quickly identify business opportunities and create value for our customers.

Requirements
  • Experience in qualified sales work within staffing or similar.
  • Experience in the warehousing and logistics industry.
  • You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have the ability to communicate in English in connection with customer contact, procurements, or other business-related contexts.
  • It is advantageous to have participated in qualified procurements.
  • Driving license B.
