Join Our Customer Center Team

Would you like to gain insight into what it's like to work at our customer center? Here you will have the opportunity to get to know our operations and contribute to ensuring our customers have a great impression of us. This could be the opportunity for you! We are now looking for two everyday heroes for temporary positions until August 2026.

At customer service, we are the customer's gateway into the company; we are there to meet and support the customer until they feel satisfied and helped. We are constantly working to find smoother ways to assist, guide, and create faster paths. Our goal is to achieve an average response time of 120 seconds.

Your Responsibilities

With the customer in focus and a knack for service, you will handle calls, visits, emails, or respond to chat messages. This may involve assisting with bookings, orders, invoices, and contract questions to inquiries about subscriptions, prices, and fees. Our goal is to always be perceived as professional, honest, attentive, and knowledgeable. We continuously strive to provide good service, improve the customer experience, and make it as easy as possible for the customer. Since we operate in both Eskilstuna and Strängnäs, you will have the opportunity to work at both locations.

Education and Previous Experience

You have:

  • Completed secondary education.
  • A valid driver's license (B) since you will be traveling between both locations.
  • Experience working in a customer center or similar where you have used case management systems is very positive.
