Technical Sales Representative in Vision at SICK

About the Role

In the role of Technical Sales Representative in Vision, you will be responsible for driving business and developing customer relationships within the field of image processing and vision technology. You will work consultatively, which means you will immerse yourself in customers' needs, processes, and challenges to offer solutions that make a real difference. Your mission includes both new and existing customers and involves a high degree of customer contact, primarily in Sweden but also in Norway. The role involves significant travel, with about three days a week spent with customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Engaging new customers and developing existing partnerships within Vision.
  • Mapping customer needs and creating solution proposals in dialogue with technical experts.
  • Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Monitoring market trends in vision technology and identifying business opportunities.
  • Contributing insights to product and business development to strengthen SICK's position in the field.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A technical education in areas such as automation, electrical engineering, computer science, robotics, or similar.
  • Experience in technical sales, preferably within vision, image analysis, or automation.
  • A good understanding of industrial processes and automation technology.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license (B).
