Bartos Media is an agency with nearly 20 years of experience. Our palette is broad, including brand development, strategy, business benefits, film, moving images, visual content, and actual impact for our clients.

We work with both national brands and regional players in the private and public sectors. We help them formulate goals, strategies, and the execution of content production and media buying - ensuring that it actually reaches the right channels at the right time.

We are growing and need to strengthen our delivery capacity. Your role is central to this.

The Role

As a Project Manager/KAM, you will have a key role internally and with clients to ensure delivery, maintain goal focus, and ensure that both we and the client work in sync side by side. In this role, you will lead the work, keep the team together, and ensure our delivery to the client.

Your Tasks

Lead and coordinate client assignments: planning, prioritization, timelines, status, delivery. – Ensure that content (film, images, copy, social media, ads, campaign materials) is produced and goes live as planned. – Be the one who has close and proactive contact with the client. – Translate the client's needs (“we need to be clearer and reach out now”) into concrete work: what needs to be done, when it should be done, in which channels, and with what message. – Create structure around the process so that creators and producers can focus on the content.

We work in Notion, MyGizmo, Fortnox, and Office365. You need to enjoy managing, following up, and keeping order – not just being involved in the idea phase. You also need to have hands-on experience of production at the agency level. Quickly adjusting an original, cutting down a film, or publishing a campaign should not feel uncomfortable or “not your thing”.

– You have worked at an agency, marketing/communications department, or in a similar role where you had client responsibility or order contact. – You can take a rather vague request and make it feasible. – You understand how communication and marketing activities should contribute to the business, not just how they look. – You can manage multiple assignments simultaneously and still be clear and calm with clients and internally. – You build trust through control and clarity, not by being the loudest.

What We Offer

About Us

We are idea and business developers with a background as media producers who have run a “real” agency for nearly 15 years. The first five years were spent becoming sharp producers. We take responsibility for the entire chain: direction, planning, execution, and effect. We are small enough to be quick and personal and experienced enough to handle complex assignments.

Relevant education is a merit. Experience weighs just as heavily. PR competence is a plus. A B driver's license is a requirement. References will be checked. (dogs are present in the office)
