Responsibilities and tasks within ICA Maxi E-commerce – Picking, packing, and service

In the role of extra staff within ICA Maxi E-commerce, you primarily work with picking and packing customer orders and ensuring good quality in every delivery. You play a key role in creating a positive customer experience. Workdays can be varied and the pace can be high at times, so we are looking for someone who is flexible and likes to take initiative!

• Pick and pack customer orders according to ICA Maxi's routines
• Ensure that the quality and freshness of goods meet the highest standards
• Work with service and answer questions from customers at pickup
• Contribute to order and cleanliness in the work area and follow safety regulations
• Assist with other warehouse and store-related tasks as needed

Qualifications for part-time e-commerce/logistics staff

• At least 18 years old
• Good communication skills and a sense of service
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus
• Flexible and able to work varying hours – early mornings, late evenings, and weekends may occur
• Requirement for another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies, other work, or self-employed)
