About the position
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that PreZero intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. 💼 Responsibilities
As an Administrative Coordinator in the Raw Materials Department, you play a key role in managing sales and trading volumes of raw materials to end recipients. You coordinate the material flow from customers and facilities across Sweden, which includes planning and following up on transports, contacting transport companies and end customers, as well as checking and handling transport documents. The role also includes administration of orders, deliveries, and invoicing, archiving, and reporting statistics.
You follow administrative processes for all types of raw materials, from paper and metal to plastics, fuel, and alternative materials, according to established routines and collaborate closely with material managers. You ensure that all documents and transports are handled correctly, that the raw materials meet agreed quality standards, and that deliveries go smoothly. The role involves a lot of contact with external customers and suppliers, both in Sweden and internationally, which means communication takes place in both Swedish and English.
The position offers a varied workday where you combine coordination, administration, and contact with different stakeholders, and where each working day contributes to ensuring effective flows and correct delivery of raw materials.
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Post-secondary education in logistics or equivalent experience
• Work experience in administration, coordination, and/or logistics
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, primarily Excel and Google Workspace
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in transport planning or import/export is an advantage
• Knowledge of business systems is an advantage

You enjoy following established processes but also take your own initiatives to drive the work forward.
